Arrange windows

The Arrange view has three working areas:

• Window Catalog lists eligible windows and provides search by app name or title.
• Canvas shows the zones of the selected layout.
• Detail panel exposes layout overrides, snap settings, and system status.

Choose a screen and layout in the toolbar. Drag a catalog card over a zone and release it. The action bar reports the assignment count. A window can be assigned to one zone; use Clear All to reset the map.

Select Arrange N Windows to submit the request. Rust checks the selected layout and screen, verifies every window still exists and is movable/resizable, restores minimized windows, accounts for frame extents, and then asks the platform adapter to move them. X11 performs the move. Wayland returns an explicit unsupported error.
